ESB-300-YL

The ESB-300-YL from EUNIL is an Advanced Buffer Equipment designed and manufactured for the effective storage of PCBs during various production processes. It has a capacity of 12 pieces, accommodating PCB sizes ranging from 50 x 50 mm to 430 x 350 mm. This buffer is designed to handle stacked NG PCBs efficiently after inspection, with a built-in repair function that allows operators to check and repair PCBs without interrupting production. The repair conveyor, located above the output conveyor, facilitates this process. Individual belt running systems ensure non-touch handling during PCB stacking and transfer. Additionally, the machine features a buffer mode (FIFO) to balance production line processes at varying times.  

The ESB-300-YL’s standard features include auto width adjustment, a touch screen operating panel, a 3-color tower lamp with an audible alarm, and a PCB stack capacity of 12 boards. Selectable modes allow for different repair and stock configurations, and the lift operates at high speed. The machine is available in an enclosure that measures 1045 x 930 x 1600 mm and conforms to SMEMA Spec 1.2.
