TR7710 DT

The TR7710 DT from Test Research is an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Equipment with a PCB size capacity of 330 x 250mm. It features a6.5 MP top camera with resolution options of 10µm and 12.5µm and inspection speeds of 22 and 35 cm²/sec respectively. The machine has a conveyor height range of 880 to 920 mm and can inspect PCBs with a maximum thickness of 3 mm and a maximum weight of 3kg. The TR7710 DT employs a multi-phase RGB+W LED lighting system, which ensures superior image quality throughout the inspection process. It features a Ballscrew + AC-servo controller for both X and Y-axis control, providing an X-Y Axis resolution of 1 µm.  The machine features a manual conveyor and has overall dimensions of 800 x 1100 x 1480 mm, with a weight of 340 kg.
