TR7700 SII Plus

The TR7700 SII Plus from Test Research is an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Equipment with a PCB size capacity of 510 x 460mm. It features a color camera with resolution options of 6µm, 10µm, or 15µm and inspection speeds of 60, 120, 72, and 40 cm²/sec. Advanced defect analysis capabilities include the detection of component missing, tombstones, billboards, polarity, wrong parts, bridging, missing parts, soldering, lifted leads, insufficient solder, and scratches. The machine has a conveyor height range of 880 to 920 mm and can accommodate PCBs of thicknesses 0.6 - 5mm and a weight of 3kg. The lighting utilized is multi-phase RGB+W LED, with top and bottom clearances of 10, 15, 25mm, and 40mm respectively. The edge clearance top is 3mm and has an option for 5mm.
