TR7500QE Plus

The TR7500QE Plus from Test Research, Inc. (TRI) is a 3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) System. It is equipped with AI-powered algorithms and mechanical capabilities that offer high-accuracy inspection. This system includes side-view cameras that allow the platform to inspect inner-layer bridges, hidden lifted leads, and other out-of-sight defects. It is Industry 4.0 ready and supports smart factory standards, such as IPC-CFX and the Hermes Standard (IPC-HERMES-9852). This system can accommodate PCBs measuring up to 510 x 510 mm with a thickness from 0.5 to 6 mm (maximum weight of 3 kgs).

The TR7500QE Plus uses a stop-and-go imaging method and features a 12 MP top camera and 4 angled cameras. It has imaging resolutions of 10 µm, 12 µm and 15 µm with an imaging speed of up to 57 cm²/sec (at 15 μm resolution). It is available in an enclosure that measures 1100 x 1730 x 1700 mm.
