The TR7500QE from Test Research Inc. is an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Machine that supports PCB size of 50 x 50 mm to 510 x 460 mm. It supports PCB thickness from 0.6 to 5mm. This machine offers 3D solder and assembly inspection by combining multi-angle 2D and 3D technologies based on 4-way adaptive digital fringe pattern projection and 4-side view cameras. It includes a top camera of 12 MP and an angle camera of 6.5 MP with an image resolution of 10/15 µm. This AOI machine offers X/Y/Z axis control with a X-Y axis resolution of 1 µm and has an option for High Speed CoaXPress Imaging.
The TR7500QE comes with the latest inspection software to ensure quick CAD-based programming and fully customizable templates. It is available in an enclosure that measures 1100 x 1730 x 1750 mm.
