The TR7500L SIII 3D from Test Research Inc. is an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Equipment that supports PCB sizes of 50 x 50 mm to 510 x 460 mm. It supports PCB thickness from 0.6 to 5mm. The Conveyor has an inline height of 880-920 mm with Top, Bottom, and Edge clearance of 15 mm, 40mm, and 3 mm respectively. It includes a top camera of 4 MP and an angled camera of 6.5 MP with an image resolution of 10/15 µm. The TR7500L SIII 3D comes with Single/Dual 3D laser sensors with a maximum 3D range of 20 mm. This machine is equipped with Dynamic Imaging with true 3D profile measurement. It is available in an enclosure that measures 1300 x 1630 x 1655 mm.
