MYPro I50

The MYPro I50 from Mycronic AB is an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Equipment. It is designed for inspecting PCBs of size from 51 x 51 mm to 533 x 609 mm with a thickness from 0.5 to 4 mm and weighing up to 3 kg. The camera has a field of view of 61.1 x 44.9 mm that produces images of resolution 4.75 µm, with a positioning accuracy of 0.1 µm. The conveyor height is between 860 to 960 mm, and hence the component height can be between 5 to 20 mm. An easy movement of the camera is maintained by a Top, Bottom, and edge top clearance of 34 mm, 60 mm, and 3 mm respectively.  

The MYPro I50 brings high-performance 3D AOI options with its inspection capabilities, and MYWizard, its AI-based programming interface. MYWizard reduces programming time by up to 30% and makes programming more accessible. MYPro I50’s test coverage enables inspection of all SMT as well as THT and press-fit components, both at pre-reflow and post-reflow stages for defects like component missing, tombstone, polarity, solder joint defects, and bridging. The equipment uses a Windows 10, 64-bit operating system, that captures images under an Axial and peripheral LED with holographic lighting. 

The MYPro I50 has an overall dimension of 1110 x 1351 x (1975 – 2075) mm and runs on a single-phase AC supply of 230V, 50 Hz, 10A.
