VS60 inline

The VS60 Inline from MEK Americas is an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) System that is designed for inspecting PCBs measuring up to 750 x 500 mm. It features a 60 megapixels camera to achieve an inspection speed of 5 sec per assembly. This system employs an overhead orthogonal camera and bundled LED lighting system to minimize influence of ambient light. It has a flexible OK/NG display that shows defects with red circles on PCB map or by classifying NG images. The system provides post defect classification and reporting scenarios to inspect PCBs inline and classify/report/analyze defects later whenever convenient. It uses Mek Catch System (Windows 7, 8, 10) operating system, that analyses defects like offset, polarity, and shape. 

The VS60 Inline enables real-time defect detection, on-the-fly repairs, and prevents issues from advancing in the process. Powered by Marantz 22X Software, it supports a range of inspection needs, including fiducial recognition, barcode reading, and connectivity with MES gateways. An easy movement of the camera is maintained by providing top and bottom clearance of 1250 mm and 45 mm respectively, while the edge clearance at the top is 3 mm. This system accommodates various PCB sizes for diverse inspection requirements, providing a comprehensive optical inspection solution. It is available in an enclosure that measures 1600 x 780 x 2485 mm and requires an AC supply.
