SpectorBOX X1

The SpectorBOX X1 from Mek Marantz Electronics is a Modular 3D AOI System designed for THT solder joints and THT components. It provides volumetric data for detecting soldering defects, pin height measurement, annular ring coverage, and blow hole detection. This AOI system features a 10 MP CMOS camera with a lens resolution of 19 &mum. It has an FOV of 60 x 60 mm and achieves an inspection speed of 0.6 seconds per FoV. It can accommodate PCBs measuring up to 550 x 550 mm, has a top clearance of 200 mm and a bottom clearance of 100 mm. This system offers reflection-free measurement, optimized for color and glare, and is capable of high-speed measurement using modern processor and storage power. 

Operating on Windows 11-based software, the SpectorBOX X1 is compatible with Mek EZPro, a software tool for ultra-fast automatic programming of full measurement recipes. It is available in an enclosure that measures 1203 x 1203 x 426 mm and requires an AC supply.
