Cube+

The Cube+ from Magic-ray Technology is an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) system that uses multi-fringe projection technology for advanced 3D inspection. It has a 12 MP industrial camera that provides accurate 3D reconstruction. This AOI camera has an image resolution of 10 μm, 12 μm, and 15 μm and a field of view (FOV) of 60 mm x 45 mm (15 μm). It can handle PCB board sizes ranging from 50 mm x 60 mm to 510 mm x 510 mm. This AOI system can detect defects such as wrong component, missing, polarity, shift, reverse, damage, IC lead bend, IC lifted lead, foreign material, float, coplanaity, and tombstone. It can inspect solder joints for open solder, insufficient solder, excess solder, and other joint defects. 

The Cube+ uses advanced algorithms that integrate 3D images, color and AI to enhance the precision of the detection mechanism. It has an intelligent positioning system that compensates for board warpage and adapts to different PCB colors, effectively detecting defects on black and white boards. This AOI system requires an AC supply of 220 V and consumes 5 A of current. It is available in an enclosure that measures 1140 x 1620 x 1360 mm.
