Super PCB Introduces High Density Inter-Connect PCBs

Global PCB solutions leader, Super PCB, is now offering high density inter-connect (HDI) printed circuit boards (PCBs). HDI products have a higher wiring density per unit area than traditional PCBs, and offer faster transmission, less signal loss, less delays and are more compact.

Printed circuit board technology has been evolving with changing technology that calls for smaller and faster products. HDI PCBs represent one of the fastest-growing segments of the printed circuit board market. Because of its higher circuitry density, the HDI PCB design can incorporate finer lines and spaces, smaller vias and capture pads, and higher connection pad densities.
