NCAB Group Acquires RedBoard Circuits to take Leading Position in US PCB Market

NCAB Group has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in RedBoard Circuits in the USA. The acquisition is estimated to be accretive to NCABs Earnings per share in 2021. RedBoard Circuits, printed circuit board specialists have five employees and is estimated to have a revenue of approximately 5 million US-Dollar in 2021.
