After the successful foundation of “Kurtz Ersa India – Smart Production Technologies Private Ltd.” in August 2021, the Indian team could move into its new office in the Electronic City. Located in the vibrant Bommasandra Industrial Area, Kurtz Ersa India´s headquarters is directly integrated into the new EMS service provider Krypton Solutions branch. The two companies, Ersa and Krypton Solutions have enjoyed a successful partnership for over 20 years. Ersa GmbH has been active on the Indian subcontinent for 35 years.

Krypton Solutions´ machine park, which is directly adjacent to the 180 m2 India office, features three new Ersa VERSAPRINT 2 ULTRA3 stencil printers in addition to Ersa´s existing machines. A perfect setting to demonstrate live to potential Ersa customers the possibilities of the different soldering technologies – from wave soldering to selective soldering to stencil printing. “The new office in Bangalore, one of the most important technology hubs in the country, will become the central hub for customer relations, technical support, and sales activities. As big as the country is, as big is the potential of Indian electronics production – we are pleased that we were able to gain such a good foothold after the establishment of our branch office, including our technology days in Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and New Delhi, and that we are now becoming even more visible with our new location,” said Ersa General Sales Manager Rainer Krauss, who traveled to the inauguration of the new Kurtz Ersa India Office and the new Krypton branch.

During the ceremonial “Light of the Lamp” inauguration, Rainer Krauss welcomed Miss Pinky Gupta as the new Office Assistant. Likewise, Sameer Verma, responsible for Marketing & Sales, and Gopa Gopinathen, responsible for Service & Process Technology were each appointed Vice President – in recognition of their achievements since the establishment of the tenth international subsidiary of the Kurtz Ersa Group. With this strategic step, the machine builder underlines its commitment to India – in a market whose electronics production is estimated to be worth up to 87 billion dollars by 2025, according to a study.
