EuroTech Acquires Lyncolec to Enhance Flex PCB Manufacturing Capability

UK-based PCB manufacturer, The EuroTech Group has announced the acquisition of Lyncolec, based in Poole, Dorset. The deal will see the enhancement of EuroTech’s manufacturing capability to include Flex and Flex Rigid PCBs, this complements its current offering and will facilitate EuroTech`s strategy to provide a more diverse product range to its customers and to address additional markets.

The arrival of Lyncolec into the Group offers an exciting opportunity for EuroTech to strengthen and expand its product offering in terms of technology and capacity. With a heritage in PCB production stretching back 40 years and a portfolio of high profile, blue-chip customers, the acquisition of Lyncolec supports continued growth, so as to offer a broader range of products to meet the customer’s current and future needs.

Lyncolec has been in operation for over 30 years and supplies PCBs and PCBAs to the highest possible standard. It was the first PCB manufacturer to obtain both Nadcap and AS9100 & AS9100D certifications in the UK, and the first to be awarded SC21 Silver for a PCB Company. These accreditations demonstrate that the company meets the rigorous 450 areas of process requirements and procedures in which an electronic manufacturing operation must comply. They also recognise Lyncolec’s world-class capabilities and focus on meeting the highest levels of quality assurance for products developed for the Aerospace, Military and Defense industries.
