ANDA is offering an inline rapid IR and UV curing oven series for rapid curing of heat curable coatings. They have two product series of curing ovens: UV-2 and the iCure Infrared Curing Oven Series.
The UV-2 is a compact, inline UV curing system. The UV curing oven is suitable for high intensity, rapid curing of UV curable coatings, adhesives, and inks. The system features an edge-carrying, variable-speed pin chain conveyor with rail expansion compensation. It's controlled by a PLC and touch screen, offering 100 mm component clearance on the top and bottom sides. SMEMA communication ensures seamless equipment interaction, supported by CE certification.
The iCure series is a compact, inline Infrared (IR) curing module suitable for high volume, rapid curing of heat curable coatings, adhesives, and inks. Controlled via PLC and touch screen, the setup features an edge-carrying, variable-speed pin chain conveyor. It operates with multiple independent IR heat zones, along with rail expansion compensation. Similar to the UV-2 series, the SMEMA communication protocol streamlines interactions, while 100 mm clearances on the top and bottom sides accommodate components. The system also employs thermal coupling process control and independent heating zones, supported by CE certification.
The UV-2 series comes with optional features of dual UV lamps for UV curing, top and bottom side simultaneous curing, and return conveyor, while the iCure series comes with optional features of return conveyor, return conveyor heating, and under conveyor heating.
