Jobs requiring Surface Mount Technology (SMT) will use solder paste screens for each side of the PCB with component population. QualTech has dedicated supply-chain sources for custom solder paste screening.
Often retrofitting or updating existing PCB products can be cost-effective in comparison to producing new PCB assemblies. If you have an inventory of old boards or units that are still usable in the field with upgrades or repair, we offer those services. We want to be an extension of your engineering department, and if that means helping maintain your current inventory instead of replacing it with new products, we're happy to help.
