TR7600F2D QL

The TR7600F2D QL from Test Research, Inc (TRI) is an Automated X-Ray Inspection (AXI) Machine. It has a flat panel detector and uses a 2D inspection method to produce images with a resolution between 5 to 25 μm. This AXI system can accommodate a maximum PCB size of 2100 x 510 mm, measuring up to 7 mm in thickness and weighing up to 12 kg. It is equipped with a specialized 2D Camera tailored for automotive applications such as barcode reading and fiducial detection. This ensures reliable detection of defects in various components, including BGAs, capacitors, chips, WLCSP, DIMM connectors, flip-chips, ground pads, gullwing, heat sinks, J-leads, LED chips, LGAs, Paladin Connector, etc.

The conveyor motion of TR7600F2D QL is managed via a high-precision ball screw + AC-servo controller. It provides a large board-size inspection capability, a flexible multi-resolution platform, AI-powered inspection algorithms for precise defect detection and smart factory readiness for easy MES connectivity. This AXI system is available in an enclosure that measures 3600 x 2000 x 1940 mm and requires an AC supply.
