Quadra 7 Pro

The Quadra 7 Pro from Nordson Corporation is an X-ray Inspection System with an inspection area of 510 x 445 mm. It uses a 6.5 MP inspection camera that create 16-bit images and achieves a total magnification factor of 68,000X. This system utilizes Nordsons’ automatic dual-mode feature which switches the tube automatically between two modes: 1.) high resolution mode ideal for sensitive, semiconductor samples and 2.) high flux mode essential for dense, thicker samples. The benefit of Dual Mode is crystal clear images to spot defects in more detail. It employs a best-in-class X-ray tube which maintains its 10-fold brightness and improved stability over conventional tubes. 

The Quadra 7 utilizes Revalution™ control software which features simple intuitive menus and controls. It enables the customization of screen layouts for individual operators, enhancing workflow efficiency and employs a user-friendly point-and-click controls for swift defect analysis and the creation of automated inspection routines. This system features an innovative Onyx detector technology, that results in image clarity and minimal noise. It includes a 40-inch ultra-wide monitor and is available in an enclosure that measures 1570 x 1500 x 1900 mm. It requires a single-phase AC supply of 200-230 V.
