Durafuse® LT

The Durafuse® LT from Indium Corporation is a Solder Paste that has Indium10.8HF. It is made up of a low-melting SnInAg alloy and a higher-melting SAC alloy. The SnInAg alloy initiates joint fusion while the SAC alloy provides enhanced strength and durability. This solder paste can be used as beads of sizes 20 to 25 mm in diameter and supports a print speed of 25-150 mm/s. It has a melting temperature of above 180°C and supports reflow soldering below 210°C. This solder paste is compliant with Halogen-free as per IEC 61249-2-21, EN14582 standard and conforms with all requirements from J-STD-005 (IPC-TM-650). It is available in 500 g jars and 600 g cartridges and is ideal for use with thermally sensitive components in high-reliability applications.
