SPV-DC

The SPV-DC from Panasonic Corporation is a Solder Paste Printer that supports PCB dimensions from 50 x 50 mm to 350 x 300 mm. It has a PCB exchange time of 13.0 seconds including transfer, positioning, recognition and each time cleaning (for a PCB measuring 250 x 165 mm). This printer enables compact dual-lane production with front/rear independence to provide a production line that matches customer production needs. It prints the same product on the front and rear printing stages which enables the creation of a high-production line. The lane utilization can be enhanced by supplying PC boards from the front and rear stages. It enables reduced running costs with newly developed paperless cleaning (optional). This printer has a head camera that inspects for solder displacement, bridging, streaking, and bleeding. It is available in an enclosure that measures 1650 x 2446 x 1500 mm and requires an AC supply.
