The DSP 1068 from Advanced Manufacturing Services (AMS) is a Solder Paste Printer with a frame size ranging from 700 x 640 mm to 900 x 900 mm. It has a printing accuracy of ±0.025 mm, for a near-perfect placement of soldering material and a printing area ranging from 50 x 80 mm to 610 x 600 mm. The printer is equipped with 2 printing heads and provides a repeat accuracy of ±0.01 mm. It can accommodate substrates with a thickness ranging from 0.4 to 5 mm. The transport speed of the printer ranges from 100 to 1500 mm/sec, and it has a cycle time of 11 seconds. The required air pressure for operation is between 4.5 to 6 kg/cm2. The printer features a vision system for precise alignment and positioning.
The DSP 1068 is the ideal choice for printing larger stencils and PCBs. It incorporates an automatic stencil cleaning system that can be programmed for various dry, wet, and vacuum cleaning cycles.
