The NF372-TB from Kester is a low solid, no-clean Liquid Soldering Flux used in wave and hand soldering process for PCBs with zero halogens and can be used for leaded and lead-free alloys. It has excellent efficiency to withstand elongated dwell times with high preheat temperatures in the thick board assemblies. This soldering flux offers sustained activity within the flux, that makes it a better choice for challenging applications such as reflowed copper OSP boards or for difficult-to-solder components. It is classified as ROL0 flux under IPC J-STD-004B and comes with a shelf life of 24 months with a net weight of 1 to 53 gallons.
