VECTOR 600

The VECTOR 600 by Hentec Industries is a Selective Soldering Equipment that can operate on PCB dimensions from 25 x 25 mm to 660 x 711 mm. It has a solder pot capacity of 15.9kg, while the flux tank can hold 1 litre. This equipment requires a heating time of 60 minutes to melt the solder, after which it can attain temperatures up to 400°C, using a PID temperature controller. It employs a conveyor that can transfer PCBs from left to right or right to left at a speed of 0.127 m/sec, within a soldering area of 609 x 609 mm. The spray fluxer has a diameter between 6 to 20 mm, while the solder wave height can be 6 mm. The N2 gas used to heat the solder is exhausted via a nozzle of 1.5 to 20 mm in diameter, at a pressure of 5.5 bar.

The Vector 600 was designed for high mix, high value, entry to mid volume PCB production. It can be programmed in minutes, to handle basic to complex dip, drag, wire bond, and other through-hole soldering processes. This equipment features servo motion control for speed, accuracy, and repeatability. The closed loop temperature control of N2 allows for superior thermal performance. Mini wave nozzles allow for wave stability and defect free performance. It is available in an enclosure that measures 2337 x 1956 x 1702 mm and requires an AC supply between 208 - 240 V.
