The VALENCE 3508 by Hentec Industries (RPS Automation) is a Selective Soldering Machine that is designed for high mix and high-volume PCB production. It supports PCBs measuring 25 x 25 mm to 559 x 559 mm in dimension and has a nitrogen temperature control from 0 to 400°C. This machine utilizes an electromagnetic pump and includes a three-shift processing area and stainless stell ball screws for less downtime and maintenance. It is equipped with a PID solder temperature control, a spray fluxer with a diameter range from 6 to 20 mm, and an overall soldering area of 508 x 508 mm.The VALENCE 3508 has a solder pot capacity of 11.4 kg and is available in an enclosure that measure 3302 x 1524 x 1880 mm.
