EXOS 10/26

The EXOS 10/26 from Kurtz Ersa is a Reflow Soldering Equipment with 11 heating zones, 4 cooling zones, and a vacuum chamber after the peak zone. It is divided into 4 parts (infeed, preheating and peak, vacuum, cooling zone), each of which has its own conveyor. This equipment has perfect synchronisation of the assemblies and transitions by utilizing sensor-monitored conveyor and requires no external infeed module. It has a maintenance-friendly and lubricant-free roller conveyor in the vacuum module and enables optimum access to the vacuum chamber through lifting unit from above. The equipment maintains optimum temperature profiles through medium-wave emitters in the vacuum module.

The EXOS 10/26 enables excellent heat transfer using Ersa Multijet convection technology to ensure a minimum ?T with the least possible energy consumption. The vacuum chamber has its own medium-wave emitter heating which provides a constant temperature profile. In addition, there are heated plates on the chamber walls to stabilize the assembly temperature which prevent a drop in the assembly’s temperature during the vacuum process. It is available in an enclosure that measures 7875 x 2195 x 1919 mm.
