1809 MK7

The 1809 MK7 from Heller Industries is a Reflow Soldering Equipment that offers excellent performance for a wide range of electronic soldering applications. The gas options available inside the ovens are Air, and Nitrogen, and the maximum PCB width they can be accommodate is 55.9 cm. The soldering equipment has a maximum working standard temperature of 350°C, and optional temperature option of 400°C. The device has 2 top cooling zones (bottom option) and 9 heated zones, in either the top or bottom. The heating method used for the process is convection, where each heating zone measures around 465 cm, while the heated length meant for solder heating is around 260 cm.  The Cleanroom option available is down to Class 1000.

This advanced reflow oven reduces nitrogen and electrical consumption, due to its energy management system, and flux management options, ensuring minimal delta Ts for precise temperature control.
