Aurora 150N

The Aurora 150N from BTU International is a Reflow Oven with an N2 oven atmosphere and a temperature rating of up to 350°C. It has 12 heating zones (12 top, 12 bottom) measuring 316 mm each and a combined heated length of 3792 mm. This oven has up to 4 cooling zones (4 top, 3 bottom) measuring 316 mm each and a combined cooling length of 1264 mm. It leverages process control technologies and has integrated Aqua Scrub™ flux management technology and innovative Smart Power energy savings software. The Aqua Scrub is a proprietary flux management system that employs a water-based rinse agent to continuously scrub contaminants from the oven atmosphere. This fully automatic system works regardless of flux type and enables a “hands-off” approach to oven maintenance. 

With advanced process control and closed-loop convection technology, the Aurora 150N offers variance in zone configuration for optimal heating or cooling requirements. Its configurable heating and cooling architecture allows customization for specific product characteristics. It utilizes Wincon 8 oven control system with an updated SEMI E95 style interface. This reflow oven is available in an enclosure that measures 6490 x 1820 x 1595 mm.
