The PrecisionAdvance from Specialty Coating Systems is a Conveyor System. It is a pin-type-edge handling conveyor that moves from the left to right direction. This conveyor has a length of 1.0 meter and an adjustable speed between 0.15 to 15.24 m/min. It offers product handling and step integration essential for conformal coating and dispensing processes. This conveyor integrates with SCS PrecisionCoat and PrecisionCure systems, facilitating efficient board movement throughout manufacturing. With four configurations available, including pin-type-edge handling, left-to-right conveyor travel, and fixed front rail, it ensures board control and flow during coating and assembly operations.
The SCS PrecisionAdvance conveyor is integrated with PrecisionCoat software and allows for customized line management and automation. Optional features of this conveyor include reverse operation, auto width adjustment, and storage box enhancing flexibility. Configurations include line-load, pass-through, inspection, and accumulation conveyor, providing tailored solutions to manufacturing needs. It is available in an enclosure that measures 80.0 x 82.8 x 101.7 cm and requires an AC supply of 120 V.
