The Queue from PVA Global is a PCB Transfer Conveyor. It has an adjustable speed between from 0.15 to 24 m/min, supports a maximum pallet weight of 10 lbs/4.5 Kg and can be used to transport bare board assemblies or pallet fixtures. It has a conveyor height from 890 to 965 mm, and an adjustable working width between 50 to 500 mm. This transfer conveyor has a component clearance of 100 mm (top and bottom) and 4.75 mm (edge). It is available with edge chain or belt conveyor options and supports manual conveyor adjust with optional hand crank or automatic conveyor adjust.
The Queue has a touchscreen interface and supports SMEMA communications interface. It is available in an enclosure that measures 1003 x 1196 x 1046 mm and requires an AC supply from 100 to 240 V, 50/60Hz. This PCB transfer conveyor is CE certified.
