AXI-5100c III

The AXI-5100C III from Scienscope is an automatic PCB Component Counter. It features a digital flat panel and X-ray device, and the entire machine is enclosed in a fully shielded radiation chassis with essential safety interlocks on the cabinet door. This counter supports reel sizes of 7, 13 and 15 inches and can accommodate up to 200 reels. It utilizes autonomous software with AI to achieve an accuracy of 99.9%. This counter seamlessly integrates with data management, ensuring comprehensive inventory control throughout the production process. It streamlines operations to save time, reduce labor, and minimize line downtime caused by insufficient components. For full automation, this counter has options for an integrated automatic loader, printer, label placement and unloader.  

The AXI-5100C III includes a 24-inch flat-panel touchscreen monitor and uses an industrial PC. It is available in an enclosure that measures 864 x 972 x 1953 mm and requires an AC supply from 110 to 240 V.
