Assure Pro

The Assure Pro from Nordson Corporation is an automatic PCB Component Counter with an accuracy of better than 99.9%. It can accommodate printed circuit boards of size 43 x 43 cm and enhances reel counting by automatically reading barcodes with an integrated camera. This counter uses algorithms and self-learning capabilities to allow operators to add new component types without programming. With one-button operation, an intuitive touchscreen, and easy installation, this machine offers maintenance-free counting, processing a single reel in about 10 seconds and four reels in under 15 seconds. It is available in an enclosure that measures 0.76 x 0.88 x 2.36 m and requires an AC supply from 110 to 230 V.
