ET-X7 X-ray counter

The ET-X7 from ElectronicsTalk is an X-ray Component Counter designed for counting PCB chip reels. It operates at high processing speeds and accommodates a range of PCB reel sizes, up to 17 inches. This system employs advanced core technology and a high-resolution image system, while its algorithm ensures a repeat accuracy of greater than 99.95%. Offering customization options, including a closed-type X-ray tube and a 17-inch super definition digital flat panel detector (FPD), it provides imaging without scanning detectors. With a fast-counting technology, it can count a single 7-inch reel in 9 seconds or four 7-inch reels or one 15-inch reel in 14 seconds.  
Compatible with various packaging solutions and incorporating advanced artificial intelligence deep learning algorithms, the ET-X7 integrates with MES, ERP, and other systems. The system is automatic in nature, with a PCB size capacity of 427 x 427mm. It requires an AC supply from 110 to 220 V.
