The TR5001E SII from Test Research, Inc is an In-Circuit Tester (ICT) for PCBs measuring up to 600 x 350 mm. It offers comprehensive testing capabilities by consolidating MDA, ICT, and FCT functionalities into a single platform, streamlining production lines and reducing costs. This tester has 3456 test points with standard testing components including analog test hardware such as a 6-wire measurement switching matrix, programmable AC/DC/DC high voltage and current sources, AC/DC voltage, DC current measurement, and component R/L/C measurement. It has an Inline fixture type with Long Lifespan Quick Disconnection Interface. The in-circuit tester uses Microsoft Windows 10 OS for image production and has built-in auto-calibration and self-diagnostics to ensure long-term testing reliability.

The TR5001E SII seamlessly addresses diverse testing requirements, incorporating MDA alongside selectable ICT and Functional test capabilities, streamlining production processes. Demonstrating high-speed, precise measurement and testing, it features a user-friendly interface an effortless program development. Additionally, the system integrates the Yield Management System YMS 4.0 and adheres to Industry 4.0 standards, including IPC-Hermes-9852 and IPC-CFX. This ICT is available in an enclosure that measures 1000 x 900 x 1700 mm and weighs 670 kg.
