PROX

The PROX from Nordson Corporation is an Automated Dispensing System with a work area of 500 x 500 mm. It employs a contactless linear motor and offers improved actuation speed, fewer moving parts, and reduced maintenance needs due to significantly lower wear and tear. This 3-axis dispensing system is specifically designed and configured for precise fluid dispensing using EFD syringe barrel and valve systems. It includes specialized features such as DispenseMotion™ software, integrated vision and laser height detection, and best-in-class X, Y, and Z-axis repeatability of ± 3 μm. This system utilizes a CCD smart vision camera with contact, optical, and non-contact laser height sensing to ensure precise fluid placement on any surface. 

The PROX can achieve a movement speed of 800 mm/s (XY axes) and 250 mm/s (z-axis). It is available in an enclosure that measures 920 x 790 x 737 mm and requires an AC supply from 100 to 240 V.
