GVPlus

The GVPlus from Nordson Corporation is a Solder Paste Dispenser with Vision-guided DispenseMotion software. It can work on a total area of 400 x 400 x 100 mm with a solder dispensing speed of 500 mm/s. The proprietary DispenseMotion™ software and an integrated CCD smart vision camera make EFD automated systems quick to set up and easy to program. It is constructed with dual mounting flanges and added arm support. These features enable manufacturers to use heavier tooling and reduce vibration during production, improving quality and throughput. 

The 3-Axis GVPlus can operate either as a standalone unit or be seamlessly integrated into existing systems. It features setup capabilities with DispenseMotion software and offers a choice between cameras. With true three-dimensional motion control, programming becomes simplified, while OptiSure AOI software guarantees precise placement. Its adaptability leads to cost reduction and efficiency, particularly suitable for conveyor-fed automation. It is available in an enclosure that measures 1007.5 x 760.0 x 710.5 mm and requires an AC supply from 100 to 240 V.
