The Prodigy Dispensing System is suited for SMT applications, semiconductor packaging, underfill, encapsulant, thermal grease, lid seal, die-attach, and spacer bead epoxy applications. It has a state-of-the-art XY gantry system that enables fast point-to-point moves, high accuracy, and long-term repeatable performance. The dispenser has a patented closed-loop weighing process that allows the measurement of dispense patterns for maximum accuracy. Additionally, it has a conveyor system that allows for up to 3 regular or heated zones, dual-lane, and invert/return options to be configured.
