The D-VIS from GKG ASIA is a multi-function Dispenser equipped with fine volume control and positional accuracy. It has a dispensing area from 50 mm x 50 mm to 350 mm x 520 mm and accommodates a wide range of dispensing requirements. This dispenser provides excellent results with a positioning accuracy of ± 30 microns at 4 sigma (CPK>1.33). It is equipped with an industrial PC running Windows 10 and a Motion Control Card. For reliable performance, the D-vis Dispenser requires an air supply of 4~6 Kgf/cm². It is available in an enclosure that measures 770 x 1400 x 1480 mm and requires an AC supply.
