DELO-DOT PN5

The DELO-DOT PN5 by DELO is a Pneumatic Jet Valve designed for contactless micro-dispensing. It has rapid cycle times capable of dispensing frequencies up to 300 Hz with high plunger speeds. This valve excels in dispensing highly viscous materials in diameters as small as <250 µm. It has a modular design that simplifies maintenance and cleaning procedures, and its compact size facilitates integration into diverse production lines. Key features of this valve include adjustable power settings for reproducible results across different drop sizes, interchangeable nozzles with a tool-free bayonet lock system, and a compact footprint for efficient space utilization in systems. 

The DELO-DOT PN5 has a dimension of 86 x 28 x 99.5 mm and weighs 485 g, with an IP54 protection rating for durability in industrial environments. It is capable of handling viscosities up to 500,000 mPas (thixotropic) and has a lifetime of approximately 1 billion cycles. It includes leakage protection through a normally closed mechanism.
