The UV Twin-Cure® DSL 1707 NV-FLZ from Peters Group is a Thick Film Conformal Coating Material that has a Silicone base. It has a dielectric strength of more than 70 kV/mm and a comparative tracking index (CTI) of more than 600. This solvent-free coating material has exceptionally good resistance against moisture & condensation and protects against corrosion (such as electrochemical corrosion and migration) even under harsh climatic conditions. It can withstand a temperature range of -65 to +200 °C  and has thermal shock resistance from -40 to +180 °C. This conformal coating material is resistant to weathering and UV radiation and is also highly elastic making it suitable for flexible circuits. It has UL approval according to the UL 746E standard and is compliant with China standard GB 30981-2020.
