7501-T-UR-SC

The 7501-T-UR-SC from Dymax Corporation is an LED-Curable Resin for sealing plastics and metals. It is designed to be cured with either 385 nm or 405 nm UV wavelength light sources for very fast bonding of multiple substrates typically used in sealing critical automotive components and assemblies. This resin utilizesSee-Cure and Ultra-Red fluorescing technologies, transitioning from bright blue to colorless upon complete curing. The Ultra-Red component fluoresces brightly under low-intensity black light (365 nm), aiding visual inspection on substrates like PC, PET flex circuits, and PVC. This resin contains no nonreactive solvents and cures upon exposure to light. 

The 7501-T-UR-SC has a viscosity of 6500 cps and a density of 1.07 g/ml, imparting an elastic modulus of 296 MPa. It has a tensile strength of 17.9 mPa and is categorized as D70 in harness scale. This resin has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 84°C and breaks at an elongation of 125% of its original length. The material is RoHS-certified and has a shelf life of 8 months.
