DELTA 8

The DELTA 8 from PVA Global is a Selective Coating/Dispensing System that is ideal for selective coating, potting, bead, and meter-mix dispensing applications. It uses one valve for selective conformal coating with a working area of 621 x 595 x 100 mm. The nozzle dispenses at a rate of 670 mm/sec with an air pressure of 90 psi. It employs a conveyor with an average width between 50 to 500 mm, and a conveyor height from 940 to 965 mm. The conveyor can move at a speed of up to 24.4 m/min and has an edge clearance of 4.7 mm. It has a three-axis motion platform for inline and batch operations and provides improved structural rigidity and accessibility. This system has an option for a patented servo-controlled four-axis motion featuring valve tilt and rotation.

The DELTA 8 implements closed-loop process control throughout the gantry system with optical encoders and ball screw slides on all axes. It utilizes the PathMaster® software with offline image import and programming capability and has an onboard PC for unlimited program storage. This system is available in an enclosure that measures 1046 x 1270 x 2350.9 mm and requires an AC supply of 120/220 V (50-60 Hz).
