iCoat-6 Series

The iCoat-6 Series from Anda Automation is a Conformal Coating Machine that supports PCB sizes of up to 360 x 450 x 100 mm. It supports the maximum component height of ± 90 mm, PCB edge clearance of ≥ 5mm with a Single Spray Width range of 2 – 30 mm. This machine has a conveyor height of 900 ± 20 mm and a conveyor width range from 50-460 mm. The iCoat-6 Series features a dual valve configuration with a maximum speed of 800 mm/s with repeatability of ± 0.02 mm. The conveyor has an automatic width adjustment and conveyor speed of 2 - 13 m/min. It requires an input power of AC 220 V 50/60 Hz and has an exhaust requirement of 15 m³/min. The machine is equipped with Anda user interface software with Windows and SMEMA communication protocol. 

This highly precise, selective conformal coating machine offers closed-loop fluid heating which provides a constant fluid viscosity, even in machine suspension. The recirculating fluid delivery system offers stable fluid pressure and temperature, even under varying production and incoming air pressure conditions.
