The iCoat-5 Series from Anda Automation is a Selective Conformal Coating Machine that is designed to meet the diverse needs of panelized or palletized PCBs. With its high mix capability, process flexibility, and large-area coating capabilities, the iCoat-5 is a versatile solution for various production requirements. It supports PCB dimensions of up to 450 × 450 × 100 mm, has options for 2 or 4 valves and a speed of 800 mm/s with an adjustable conveyor speed from 0.5 to 5 mm. This machine has a process flow from left to right (standard) or right to left (optional), a spray width ranging from 2 to 30 mm and a maximum component height of ± 90 mm from the PCB.
The iCoat-5 Series offers dual, triple, or quad valve configurations, allowing for flexible valve arrangements to adapt to different panel production needs. It also features an automatic coating detection mount, which can be positioned over the conveyor exit or X-axis for real-time coating result verification. This machine features an auto-dipping and purging waste collection system, LED UV lamps for inspection, a PCB clamping system, UPS and voltage stabilizer for stable operation, an ESD grounding point, and CE certification for compliance with safety standards. It has a PC with LCD monitors, a keyboard, and a mouse for easy operation. The machine is available in an enclosure that measures 900 x 1300 x 16575 mm and requires an AC supply.
