YRi-V

The YRi-V from Yamaha Motor is an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Equipment that can inspect Printed Circuit Boards of size 610 x 610 mm. It produces images with a resolution of 12 µm using a 12 MP camera. The top clearance for the camera is 45 mm, and the bottom clearance of 85 mm with an inspection speed of 56.8 cm²/s. This equipment uses coaxial lighting on PCBs and components (maximum size 0201 mm, and maximum height 25 mm). It can perform super high-speed 3D inspections under optimum conditions, high-accuracy 3D inspections enabled by an 8-way projector and 4-way oblique imaging inspections, and device inspections facilitated by a high-resolution 4-angle camera with 5μm/coaxial lighting. The machine is available in an enclosure that measures 1252 x 1497 x 1614 mm.
