The 3Di-MS3 from Saki Corporation is an Automated Optical Inspection Equipment suitable for PCB sizes from 50 x 60 mm to 330 x 330 mm. It has a resolution of 8μm with a top and bottom clearance of 40 mm and 60 mm respectively. This is combined with the Z-axis option in which the height measurement range can be expanded up to 40mm. The AOI equipment requires a single-phase power supply of 200-240V +/-10%, 50/60 Hz, and air input of 0.5MPa, 5L/min (ANR).
